Cialis and generic tadalafil, or its generic equivalent, work by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, improving blood flow and enabling an erection when the need arises. When a medication is taken with food, it enters the system within a short time after ingestion. This results in longer-lasting erections when used with food.
While Cialis and generic tadalafil are not considered safe, some people may experience side effects from them. For instance, a prolonged erection (priapism) can lead to serious side effects, including a sudden decrease or loss of vision, an eye problem, a rare but potentially serious skin condition, and a potentially fatal cardiac event. These symptoms can happen at any time and are usually temporary.
It’s important to note that Cialis or generic tadalafil may not work as well on your own. They may be more suitable for someone who doesn’t have ED problems.

Taking Cialis or generic tadalafil for the first time may cause side effects. It is important to report adverse reactions to the manufacturer within 2 days of receiving the medication.

Cialis Together for Erectile Dysfunction
Cialis Together tablets are a treatment for adult men who have erection problems (erectile dysfunction). This is when a man cannot get, or keep an erection hard enough for satisfactory sexual activity.
Cialis Together tablets contain the active substance tadalafil. It belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood flow into your penis.
It is important to know that you will not get an erection just by taking Cialis Together tablets. This medicine works with your body’s natural function to get an erection only when you are sexually stimulated.
Cialis Together contains the active ingredient Tadalafil. The ingredient is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor medicine that temporarily improves blood flow to the penis by relaxing the blood vessels in and around the area.
The Cialis Together medication is available over-the-counter and begins to work about 30 to 60 minutes after taking it. The effects are expected to last up to 36 hours. Cialis Together comes in 10mg tablets and should only be taken when needed.
The active substance Tadalafil is also useful in treating other conditions along with erectile dysfunction. Please consult a Doctor, a Pharmacist or relevant product literature for more information.
Is Cialis Together right for me?
If you suffer from erectile dysfunction (impotence) Cialis Together may be an effective treatment. However, it may not be suitable for you if you have the following:
Cialis Together for women
Cialis Together tablets may only be used in women. It may not be suitable for men who are eligible. If you have the following risk, your doctor may increase the dose to 10 milligrams every 4 to 6 hours:

A woman may be eligible for Cialis Together if:
A woman who is taking an increase in dose that is prescribed by her GP, or who does not require specific instructions about not taking this medicine, may also be eligible. She may increase the dose to 10 milligrams every 4 to 6 hours, or to normal 10mg and then 10mg. She should continue treatment for 6 hours daily.
A woman who takes the medicine with a section of section 5 in the men’s sexual disorder treatment, called sexual stimulation disorders, she may be eligible for Cialis Together if:

Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).

Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
